Being close to both the Pathardi to Ambad Road and the Mumbai-Nashik Expressway is fantastic for our daily commutes. We looked at the 1 BHK options and picked one with a carpet area of 346 square feet; it feels quite spacious for the two of us. The proximity to Late. Mukesh Bhai Patel School, just a 2-minute drive, is also a bonus for future planning. Gaurav Developehave provided basic landscaping. The only drawback we've noticed is that the parking space seems a bit limited, especially when visiting friends who also live here. We are hoping this won't be a major issue later on.
