The developer, Garve Develope, has kept the amenities basic with landscaping and tree planting. While the location is promising due to the proposed metro station and proximity to IT hubs, the lack of OC received is a red flag for long-term investment security. The price seems competitive, but the uncertainty around the OC might affect resale value. I am monitoring the situation closely.
