We were looking for a spacious home in West Hyderabad and found Garuda Srinivasam. The 3 BHK configuration with 2220 square feet area is perfect for us. We loved the idea of having closed car parking and open parking options. The developer, Garuda Infra Realto, has also included important features like a fire fighting system and storm water drains, which shows attention to safety and infrastructure. It’s ready to move in. The proximity to Continental Hospitals is a great plus for us. However, we did notice some dust from ongoing development in the vicinity, which is a bit of a concern for air quality. We are hoping this reduces once construction is fully completed.

That’s a huge relief knowing everything is so close. We also liked the landscaping and tree planting they are doing. The developer, Garuda Infra Realto, seems to have a good plan. We are a bit worried about the traffic getting into the main city during peak hou, as Manchirevula can get busy. But overall, the apartment size and proximity to essentials made us decide.
