I looked at the 3 BHK apartments, with super builtup areas ranging from 1350 to 1450 square feet. The price point of 82.35 L to 1.71 Cr felt reasonable for the size and location. The project is ready to move, which suits my immediate need. The developer, Ganges Group, seems to have provided good amenities like 24x7 security and power backup, which are essential. The only minor drawback is that the surrounding area has some ongoing construction, leading to a bit of dust.
