The 3 BHK flat is a good 1400 square feet, offering enough space for everyone. It's a ready-to-move property completed in September 2021 by Ganges Group. The amenities provided, like 24x7 water supply and a gated community setup, are satisfactory for family living. The area is generally quiet, but sometimes the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be a minor nuisance. The price starting at 1.6 Crore is substantial, but the location and space are what we prioritized for our family's needs. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives us peace of mind.

This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Ganges Castle. I got a 3 BHK flat which is 1400 square feet. The price started from 1.6 Crore onwards. It was ready to move, which meant I didn't have to wait long. The Ganges Group has included basic amenities such as car parking and a lift. The area feels safe because it's a gated community. I visited the site a few times before deciding. While the flat is nice, the road leading to the building, 16, Mondal Temple Lane, can be a bit narrow and busy at times. Overall, it's a decent start for a fit-time buyer.

Having the Kalighat Metro Station just about 0.73 kilometeaway is a huge convenience for daily commutes. The gated community aspect adds a nice layer of security and peace of mind. We also appreciate the 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are essential. The only small issue is that finding parking can sometimes be a little challenging if you have guests. Overall, the Ganges Group seems to have delivered a solid product here in Sadapur.

However, the overall price point of 1.6 Crore onwards felt a bit on the higher side for the area, even though it's a ready property. It's a gated community, which is good, but I wish the OC details were readily available. Still, the building quality appeasound.

However, the proximity to the hospital and schools like Nava Nalanda outweighs this.
