I've been looking at the 2 BHK options, specifically the ones around 1380 Sq.ft built-up area. The price range of 1.3 Cr to 2.68 Cr is considerable, but considering the amenities like solar water heating and the artistic clubhouse with a steam room, it feels justified. The location near EON Free Zone is good. However, I found the car parking area to be a bit congested, especially for larger vehicles. The street lighting looks good, and the 24x7 water supply is essential.
