Finding a home with good amenities for the family was important. Ganesh Urban Forest A Wing offered us a 2 BHK flat with a decent carpet area of 529 sq.ft, which was priced at 35.88 Lakhs. The location in Mamurdi, Pimpri Chinchwad, is quite convenient, especially with S. B. Patil Public School being so close. The project was completed in December 2019 and is ready to move in, which was perfect for us as we have young kids and needed to settle quickly. They provide both closed and open car parking options. A slight drawback is the dust and construction activity still ongoing in some parts of the surrounding area, but it's manageable. We are looking forward to making this our family home.
