The price point from 4.8 Lakh to 6.0 Lakh made it accessible for me. Punjab National Bank and HDFC are listed as banks, which is good for financing options. It's ready to move in. I visited the site and the entrance lobby looked decent. The main thing for me was getting a plot of land rather than an apartment. The developer, Galaxy Projects, has put up street lighting. I will have to see how the sewage treatment plant works out.
