The main advantage is its proximity to NH 17 and NH 47, both just a minute away, which helps with accessibility across the city. I am considering a 3 BHK flat, around 1350 square feet built up. The project is ready to move, which is perfect for my relocation timeline. One concern is the age of the building, completed in May 1999. I am a bit worried about the potential maintenance over the yeaIt would be good if Galaxy Homes Private Limited had more information on ongoing upkeep. I purchased a 1050 square feet 2 BHK flat in Galaxy Marvel for my parents. They wanted to stay in Edapally, Kochi, and this project by Galaxy Homes Private Limited seemed like a good fit. It's ready to move, so they could shift in immediately without any hassle. The proximity to Campion School, which is just a minute away, is great for occasional visits from my younger cousins. My parents mentioned the metro station is also quite close, a short distance to Changampuzha Park Metro Station, making it easy for them to travel around. The building was completed a long time ago, May 1999, but it seems well-maintained. Overall, a decent option for elderly parents.

We were looking for a place near the IT corridor and found Galaxy Marvel in Edapally. The location is super convenient, just a minute from NH 47 and the Cochin bypass junction. This makes our commute to work much easier. We got a 2 BHK flat which is 1050 square feet built up, feels quite spacious for us. It's ready to move in, which was a big plus because we didn't want to wait. The only downside is the traffic noise sometimes, being so close to the highway can be a bit much, especially during peak houOtherwise, the Galaxy Homes Private Limited project seems solid. We are happy with our decision so far.
