I opted for a 1500 Sq.ft 3 BHK apartment. The built-up area provides ample space for my family. Having a gymnasium and swimming pool within the complex is a great amenity for unwinding after long shifts. The power backup is essential given the nature of my professional. The connectivity via the Salem-Kochi-Kanyakumari Highway is also beneficial for travel. The overall ambiance is quite pleasant, and the proximity to essential services is unmatched.
