We were looking for something close to work and found Gajyash in Kondhwa. The 1 BHK flats are a good size, ouis around 650 sq.ft carpet. It’s ready to move which was a big plus for us. Having Bharati Hospital nearby is reassuring, although we haven't needed it yet. The car parking is adequate, we got a closed spot. My partner likes the water conservation features Gajyash Developehas put in. The only slight issue is the traffic on RMD School Road during peak hou, but that’s common in Pune.

St. VIEW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL being right next door is incredibly convenient for our children. Gajyash Developealso provided open and closed car parking, which is helpful. We liked the idea of water conservation and rain water harvesting systems they have installed. The main issue we’ve noticed is the noise from the nearby road, especially during the day, which can be a bit distracting.
