We were looking for a ready to move flat in Nagpur and found Gajanan Plaza. We liked the 2 BHK configuration, especially the built-up area ranging up to 1090 square feet. The Vastu compliance was a big plus for us. Being close to ORCHIDS The International School, which is nearby, is very convenient for future planning. The price starting from 26.0 Lakhs was within our budget. However, the nearest metro station, Kadbi Square, is also nearby, which is a bit of a commute. The area also gets quite dusty sometimes due to ongoing construction nearby. We are still considering the options.
