We were impressed by the proximity to Max Super Speciality Hospital, which is nearby. Having a bus stop like Gita Nagar nearby also makes it convenient for my husband. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in December 2027. We are paying a good amount for this, but the space and location justify it.
