Buying a home for my parents in Ahmedabad was important, and Gajanan Dev Residency 2 seemed like a good choice. The proximity to KD Hospital, which is nearby, provides great peace of mind. My parents also appreciate the Senior Citizen Siteout and the general landscaping. The 2 BHK configuration offeenough space for them. I checked with the developer, Gajanan infrastucture, and they assured me about the 24X7 water supply and the fire fighting system for safety. The only minor drawback is that the Motera Stadium Metro Station is nearby, which might be a bit far for frequent use, but they don't rely on it much. Overall, a solid choice.

This is my fit property purchase, and I decided on Gajanan Dev Residency 2. I found the location in Tragad quite convenient, especially being right opposite Anand Vihar Bunglow. Apollo International School is also very close, which is a plus. The 2 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 1215 sq.ft felt like good value for the price of 52.65 Lakhs. I was impressed by the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. My main concern, however, is that the OC details were not readily available, which made me slightly hesitant initially, but the developer assured me it would be sorted.
