We chose Gaikwad Florio because of its family-friendly amenities and location. Podar International School is just a 7-minute drive away, which is perfect for our children. The complex offea swimming pool and a gymnasium, which the whole family can enjoy. The 2 BHK apartments have a carpet area of about 800 Sq.ft, which feels adequate for now. We are also happy with the 24x7 water supply and sewage treatment plant. The price range starting from 76.9 Lakhs was within our budget. The under construction status means we have to wait until December 2029, but it gives us time to plan.
