It's ready to move, which was a big plus for us as we didn't want to wait. The location is decent, close to EuroSchool Undri and Jeevan Spah Eye Hospital, both nearby. We liked the landscaping and the idea of a swimming pool. The main issue is the connectivity to the main city. NH-65 is nearby, which feels a bit far when you need to commute daily. Parking is also a bit tight, which is a concern with two vehicles.
