The connectivity is excellent, with easy access to the Chennai Tiruvallur High Road and the Chennai Bypass Road. The plot size is 600 Sq.ft, and the starting price is 35.94 Lakh. One year of free maintenance offered by G Square Housing is a definite plus. My only worry is the parking situation once the area is fully developed; the internal roads seem a bit narrow. However, the inclusion of street lighting and footpaths is well-planned. We are excited about the project's potential and look forward to the August 2026 completion.
