Having two water tanks, each 750 litres, is a good provision, especially during dry spells. The borewell and the normal well mean we have a reliable water supply. The terrace is roofed, offering a nice space to relax in the evenings. We also appreciate the two car parking spots, although fitting a third car is a tight squeeze. The full renovation done before we moved in was thorough and took about four months to complete. The location in Pangappara is convenient, close to the National Highway 47.
