We needed a bigger place for the family, so we moved into a 3 BHK in Desai DD Diamond District - Tower II. It’s a spacious apartment, around 1362 sq.ft. The location in Pangappara is quite good, with Sreekariyam just a couple of kilometeaway, which is convenient for us. We also like that it’s relatively close to the airport, nearby. Redundant - Desai Homes built this tower and it was ready for occupation a while back. The kids have space to play, though I wish there were more dedicated play areas within the complex itself. Parking can also be a bit challenging during evenings when everyone is back.
