    We recently purchased a 3 BHK in FS Platinum. The location near Durgapura and behind Clarks Amer was attractive for us, being close to NH-8 for our commutes. The apartment size of 1864 sq.ft is good for a couple starting out. We liked the modern look of the entrance lobby and the convenience of the lift. The 24x7 security is also reassuring. However, the price point of around 1.45 Crore felt a bit steep considering the OC is not available. We were hoping for a slightly better deal given the construction completion was in 2013. The club house facilities look decent enough for weekend relaxation.
