We chose a 3 BHK apartment with 2191 Sq.ft super builtup area, priced at 1.64 Crore. The location in Durgapura on Tonk Road is convenient, being close to the Rajasthan Agriculture Research Institute and not too far from the airport. The children's play area is a big hit with our kids. Okay Plus Builde& Developehave made the project ready to move, which was perfect for us. The community hall is also a nice addition for family gatherings. The only minor issue is the dust from the nearby highway sometimes.
