We were looking for a ready-to-move flat in a decent locality and Franklin Orchid caught our eye. We chose a 2 BHK unit, around 834 sq.ft, which fits our needs perfectly. The location in Horamavu Agara Village is quite accessible, being close to the Outer Ring Road and New Airport Road. Franklin Homes seems to have provided good amenities like a children's play area and a swimming pool. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex also makes it feel pleasant. The only minor drawback we noticed is that the parking area felt a bit cramped for larger vehicles. Otherwise, it’s a good place for young couples starting out.
