We are looking for a bigger home for our growing family, and the 3 BHK at Four Walls Bhuvi seems suitable. It has a large built-up area of 1905 Sq.ft. The price can go up to 1.52 Crore, which is quite an investment. Fourwalls Infra is the developer, and the project is under construction, expected by February 2027. The proximity to St Theresa's ICSE School (1.86 KM) was a major factor in our decision. We also liked the idea of a Jogging Track and a Gated Community for the kids to play safely. The parking is closed car parking, which is good. My only concern is the distance to Indiana Hospital, which is over nearby.

Fourwalls Infra is developing the project, which is scheduled for completion in February 2027. I appreciate the Landscaping & Tree Planting which will make the surroundings pleasant. The only minor drawback I foresee is the traffic congestion near Pumpwell Bus Stop, which is also nearby, might be an issue sometimes.
