We bought a 3 BHK flat of 1783 square feet, and the size is just right for our family. The price was around 1.34 Crore. The children's play area is a big hit with our kids, and the swimming pool is also a nice amenity. Having Rainbow Children's Hospital nearby is reassuring. The only drawback is that during monsoon, the roads can get a bit waterlogged near the entrance, but it usually cleaup quickly.
