Edifice Projects is the developer. While the project itself is older, the amenities like a gymnasium and power backup are still valuable. The proximity to Nehru outer ring road is also a plus for connectivity.

I chose a 2 BHK, about 837 sq.ft, which was priced at approximately 21 Lakh. The location off Hydehakote Village Road is not too far from the hospital. I liked the children's play area, and the gymnasium is a bonus for staying fit. The gated community provides a sense of security. My only minor complaint is that the parking can get a little tight sometimes, especially if visitocome over.
