The proximity to Nehru outer ring road is also a plus for connectivity.

  After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. Fort View Edifice offered a ready-to-move 2 BHK apartment. The built-up area is 837 sq.ft, and the price was around 20.09 Lakh. I liked the landscaping and tree planting, it makes the complex feel serene. The gated community with security guards gives me a sense of security. The lift is helpful. The location near SMP Model High School is convenient. My only small issue is that the water pressure can sometimes be a bit low during peak usage times. It's a quiet neighborhood.

The utility shops within the complex are very convenient for quick errands. The nearby PV Narasimha Rao Expressway is also a plus for commuting. The power backup is a great amenity.

  Relocating to Hyderabad for work at Butterfly Hospitals meant I needed a place quickly. Fort View Edifice being ready to move was ideal. I chose a 2 BHK, about 837 sq.ft, which was priced at approximately 21 Lakh. The location off Hydehakote Village Road is not too far from the hospital. I liked the children's play area, and the gymnasium is a bonus for staying fit. The gated community provides a sense of security. My only minor complaint is that the parking can get a little tight sometimes, especially if visitocome over.

We liked the landscaping and the gymnasium. The power backup is essential for us as we both work. The only downside is that the OC received status is not available, which was a bit concerning, but the builder Edifice Projects has a decent track record.
