It feels very luxurious and there is plenty of space for our home office setup. The price point of around 4.01 Crore was what we expected for Ballygunge. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are great for unwinding after work. The location is convenient, being close to South Point High School and Fortis Hospital.
