This Ferro Gardens flat in Kharadi was a good find for me. I liked the 679 square feet carpet area for a 2 BHK, it feels quite spacious for one peon. Being ready to move in was a huge plus as I didn't want to wait. The price around 45.85 Lakh was also within my budget. The landscaping looks nice when you enter the building. My main concern is the traffic on Nagar Road during peak hou, it can get pretty bad. I haven't seen the OC received status though, which is something I need to check. Overall, it's a decent option for someone looking for a ready property.
