We are looking at plots around 1485 Sq.ft. The main draw for us was the proximity to Shadnagar Bus Station, which is nearby, making commutes manageable. They also have landscaping and tree planting, which adds to the pleasant environment. The plot area is decent. However, the road access to NH44 is quite far at nearby, which might be a concern for frequent traveleWe are hoping the completion by August 2024 will be on time.

We got a larger plot, around 1485 Sq.ft, so there's space for the kids to play. The developer, EZDAN HOMES MES ES S, has provided a children's play area which is a good addition. Having 24x7 water supply is essential for a family, and they seem to provide that. The construction is expected to be completed by August 2024. One thing we noticed is that the area can get dusty during construction, but that's expected. Overall, a good choice for families.
