We chose Excel Nydus for our retirement home because of its central location and the promise of a peaceful environment. The Vastu compliant design was important to us. The apartment size is good, we took a 2 BHK which is 1600 square feet. The availability of a gymnasium and swimming pool means we can stay active. Water storage and a water softener plant are practical amenities that are often overlooked. While the project was completed in June 2013, it still feels well-maintained. The only slight concern is the noise from the nearby main road sometimes, but being in Central Bangalore, some noise is expected.

The 3 BHK apartments are generous, with options up to 2700 square feet. I appreciated the video door security and the RO water system installed. The property is luxurious and feels very premium. While the location is excellent for connectivity, the traffic on Richmond Road can be quite heavy, which is a minor inconvenience when leaving the complex. The price for a 3 BHK can go up to 4.16 Crore, which is substantial, but the quality of construction and the amenities like the natural pond make it worthwhile.
