We were searching for our fit home and Everest Whitefields caught our eye. The 3 BHK villa option with 2250 square feet built-up area seemed perfect for us. The location in Saravanampatty, Thudiyalur Road is quite convenient, especially being close to the highway. We got it for 2.52 Crore. The project is ready to move, which means we could plan our housewarming soon. The amenities like power backup are a must-have for us working in IT. However, the traffic on Thudiyalur Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a worry for our daily commute to work. Also, finding the exact address behind the college took a bit of asking around. We hope the developer, Everest Properties, addresses the road access.

Being ready to move was a key factor for me. The proximity to the Coimbatore-Sathyamangalam Highway, only 100 meteaway, makes travel easy. The availability of power backup is a good amenity to have, especially during the monsoon season. My primary concern is the lack of clarity on the Occupancy Certificate; it's something I would have liked to see readily available. Also, the approach road, while not terrible, could be better maintained. Everest Properties needs to ensure these details are transparent for buyelike me.

The inclusion of fire sprinkleand 24x7 water supply provides peace of mind. However, the parking space within the villas themselves feels a bit cramped, especially if we have guests over. We are also a bit concerned about the noise from the nearby highway, although it's not too bad inside the villa. The KG SEZ Bus Stop being nearby is also convenient for staff.
