I was looking for a ready-to-move property in a prime location and Evantha Aristi caught my eye. The 3 BHK flat is a good size, 2313 Sq.ft, which is ample for my family. Being in Jayanagar, 8th block is a huge advantage for us. Access to Christ School ICSE is just 2 minutes, which is perfect for my kids. The amenities like gymnasium and sports facility are also a good addition. However, I do feel the parking situation could be a bit better, especially during peak houTraffic in Jayanagar can also get quite heavy sometimes, which is a minor concern for daily commuting. The price of 3.12 Crore onwards is on the higher side, but the location justifies it to some extent.
