The price is around 2.82 Crore to 3.29 Crore, which is substantial for my fit investment, but the develope, AVR BUILDE& DEVELOPEOPEPEES, have a decent track record. Also, the surrounding area is still developing, so there's a fair bit of construction dust around, which is a minor concern for now.
