The developer, Etha Realty Pvt Ltd, has put in many facilities like a meditation pocket and yoga lawn, which I think I will use often. Being close to Narendrapur and having good road connectivity to EM Bypass and NSC Bose Road is important for my commute. One thing I noticed is that there is some dust due to ongoing construction, but that is expected. The planned natural pond and gazebo sound very relaxing.
