Being ready to move in March 2011 was a big advantage as we needed to relocate quickly. The location in JP Nagar, J P Nagar Phase 5 is quite convenient, close to Bannerghatta Road at nearby. My only slight worry is the traffic congestion on Bannerghatta Road during peak hou, which can be quite bad. However, the overall build quality and the amenities like the gymnasium and 24x7 security make it a good deal. Maintenance staff is also responsive.
