The proximity to hospitals is a major advantage for me; being a doctor, knowing I'm close to Bhailal Amin General Hospital and Charmy Multispecialty Hospital within nearby is important. The project has a good amount of open space, 70% open, which is nice. The only minor concern is the traffic on Sama Savli road during peak hou, which can be a bit heavy getting to and from work, but the overall package is good.
