    Our priority was a home close to good schools and Emmareddy Hill Rock fit the bill. SURYA GLOBAL SCHOOL is only a kilometer away, which means no long bus rides for the kids. The 2 BHK configuration we looked at, at 1290 sq.ft, feels quite spacious. We liked the focus on water conservation and rainwater harvesting too; it’s important for the environment. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex makes it look pleasant. Emmareddy Developeseem to have covered most basics. A small concern is the dust from nearby construction, but hopefully that settles down soon. The project is ready to move in, which was a major factor for us.

Parking is available, both closed and open options. The only thing is the traffic on the main road during peak houcan be a bit much when going towards Miyapur. The internal roads and footpaths look well-constructed. My only reservation is the actual distance to the main bus stop, Chanda Nagar is nearby, so relying solely on public transport might be slow.
