I purchased a villa here in Emaar The Terraces Premier looking for a quiet place to settle down. The landscaping and tree planting make the area very pleasant. It's a ready to move property, which suited my needs perfectly. The price was reasonable, around 45 Lakh for a 2 BHK villa. The proximity to Sohana Hospital is a great advantage, just zero kilometeaway. While the overall environment is serene, I do find the badminton court a little too small for a proper game. However, the 24X7 water supply is very reliable, which is crucial. I feel this project offegood value for its location and amenities.

The nearby school and hospital are definite advantages, being zero kilometeaway. However, I must mention that the OC received status is not available, which is a bit concerning for long-term clarity. The gymnasium is decent, and the swimming pool is usually clean. Overall, it’s a good residential area with necessary facilities.
