    After renting for yea, we finally bought our fit home in Vision Savoy Greens. We opted for a 3 BHK flat, which has a built-up area ranging from 1250 to 1360 square feet. This gives us plenty of room to grow. The location in Mohali is convenient, with Anees School nearby, making school runs easy. We appreciate that it is ready to move in, as we didn't want to wait. The rain water harvesting system is a good environmental feature. However, the access road to the main GTB Nagar area is a bit narrow and can get dusty sometimes, especially when vehicles pass by quickly. Still, it's a significant upgrade for us.
