We picked Elysian Eden Spaces Phase 2 for my parents who are settled in Pune. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad, Kiwale seems convenient enough for them. They liked the idea of a 2 BHK flat, around 615 to 693 square feet carpet area. The price range of 43.96 Lakh to 75.07 Lakh was within our expectations for a ready-to-move property. I was reassured by the mention of 24x7 CCTV surveillance and video door security. My father mentioned the BRT Road access is good. My only slight concern was undetanding the solid waste management system, but I assume it's standard. The developer, Elysian Realty, seems to have a decent portfolio. I hope the completion date of June 2024 means it’s truly ready for immediate occupancy.

This project in Pimpri Chinchwad offegood recreation facilities, which is a big plus for the kids. The solid waste management and disposal system is well-planned. Being close to the Malawali Nagar Bus Stop (0.2 km) is useful for occasional travel. My only concern is that the main road construction nearby means there's quite a bit of traffic noise, especially during the day.
