I particularly liked the idea of the Yoga/Meditation Area and the Landscaping & Tree Planting for a serene environment. The solid waste management system is also a practical touch. The flat sizes are decent, the 840 square feet 3 BHK is adequate for my needs. The price is a bit high for my fixed income, around 84.3 Lakhs for the base unit, but it is in Ahmedabad which is important. I am a bit concerned about the traffic noise from the nearby roads though. Construction is still in progress, with completion set for June 2028.
