The location in Central Bangalore, Abbigere, is okay, though traffic on roads like Hosur Road can be heavy during peak houWe liked the landscaping and the indoor games facility. The developer, Elegant Properties, was responsive when we enquired about the smoke detecto– a good safety feature. The general KS Thimayya Road is nearby, so weekend getaways are easier. We're happy to finally own our place.

The amenities like landscaping and tree planting are appealing for a quieter lifestyle. Having security guards available 24/7 provides a sense of security, which is important at this stage of life. The proximity to the Cubbon Park Metro Station, nearby, is convenient for occasional travel. My only minor concern is the area can get dusty sometimes due to ongoing development nearby. But the flat itself is comfortable.
