We bought a mid-sized one. The property was completed in 2014 and is ready to move in. The proximity to Bengaluru East and Cantonment railway stations, both nearby, is good for connectivity. The presence of power backup is also a necessary amenity. The only drawback I found is the lack of readily available bank loan information from the developer, which made our initial process a little slower than anticipated. The developer is Elegant Properties.

We booked a 2 BHK flat that has a super built-up area of 1300 Sq.ft and it cost us approximately 1.30 Cr. It is ready to move, which suited our timeline perfectly. We are working in IT and the proximity to the Outer Ring Road is helpful for our commute, although sometimes it can get congested. The indoor games facility is a good way to unwind. Elegant Properties has provided smoke detectoin the flats, which is a good safety feature. The flat sizes feel quite adequate for us.

The amenities like landscaping and tree planting provide a pleasant environment. The security guards offer a sense of safety. Being retired, I value the peace within the complex. My only slight concern is that the parking space might feel a bit tight for larger vehicles, but for my single car, it is manageable. The flat itself is spacious.
