The project is ready to move and was completed in June 2022 by Eeshanya Constructions. The proximity to the Coimbatore-Sathyamangalam Highway and Prozone Mall are definite advantages for daily convenience. The location in Saravanampatty is excellent, especially with Prozone Mall just 100 meteaway. My kids will benefit greatly from having KV Matriculation School right at nearby. The construction looks modern and the bespoke elevation for each facing is a nice touch. However, the road leading to the project can get quite busy, especially during peak houdue to its closeness to the highway and mall. This is something potential buyeshould consider.

We chose Eeshanya Tropique because of its excellent proximity to schools. KV Matriculation Higher Secondary School is right next door, which is a huge relief. Our 3 BHK villa has a plot area of 2100 sq.ft. And we paid about 1.05 Crore. The Children's Play Area is a hit with our little ones. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the community. The gated community provides security. The construction seems robust. However, the price point felt a little high for the locality, even though it is a ready-to-move property. We are still settling in.

My only minor concern is the initial approach road which could be better maintained, but overall the positives outweigh this.
