We visited Eeshanya Synchrony recently and were impressed. The location on Saravanampatty to Thudiyalur Road is good, very close to the highway which is useful. We are considering the 2.5 BHK configuration. The prices are between 62.98 Lakh and 86.08 Lakh. It’s under construction now, with completion expected in August 2027. We really liked the idea of private flats with no common walls, and the piped gas facility is a great convenience. The developer Eeshanya Constructions has also included a central sewage treatment plant, which is environmentally responsible. The only minor issue is that the hospital is nearby, which is a bit far.
