I was looking for a peaceful place to spend my retirement. Eden Willow Estate, developed by Eden Group, caught my eye. The natural pond and the senior citizen siteout sound very relaxing. I chose a 2 BHK, around 937 sq.ft, which is a comfortable size. The price, starting from 36.34 Lakh, seemed reasonable for the amenities offered. Being ready to move was essential, and the project was completed in December 2021. The main concern is the connectivity; it takes a little effort to get to the EM Bypass or NSC Bose Road. However, the quiet surroundings are a big plus for me.

Moving out of our rental was the main goal, and Eden Willow Estate offered a good upgrade. We chose a 2 BHK that's 796 sq.ft. It's much better than our previous place. The location in Narendrapur, Malancha is pretty quiet, which is nice after the city hustle. It's close to Mallickpur Station, so getting around is manageable. The cost was around 36.34 Lakh, which was a bit of a stretch but manageable with our savings. The amenities like the gymnasium and kids' pool are great bonuses. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully that will settle down soon. Eden Group delivered this project by December 2021, so it's already built.

We looked at a 3 BHK which is about 969 sq.ft. The price was around 40 Lakh, which fit our budget. It's a ready-to-move property, so we could shift in immediately after booking. The location in Narendrapur is developing, and it's quite peaceful. The only downside we've noticed is that parking can be a bit challenging if you have guests over, as it's a gated community with limited dedicated spots per flat. The gymnasium is well-equipped though.

The kid's pool and the dedicated play areas within the complex are definite highlights for the little ones. We got a 2 BHK with 796 sq.ft of built-up area. It's a decent size for us. The price range of 36.34 Lakh to 47.88 Lakh is competitive for this area. One minor issue is the traffic on NSC Bose Road during peak hou, which can make commutes longer than expected. Otherwise, the secured complex and the large number of flats (179) mean a good community feel.
