    We just booked our fit apartment at Eden At 1. The 3 BHK size of 1890 square feet seemed quite spacious for us. My husband liked the idea of a swimming pool and gym which are available. It's currently under construction and expected to be ready by November 2029. The location in Gomti Nagar is convenient, close to City Montessori School. We are a bit worried about the construction dust and noise for the next few yea, but hopefully, it will be worth it.
