My partner and I just bought a flat here. We liked the modern amenities like the sewage treatment plant and rainwater harvesting systems at Halwasiya Ananta. We are getting a 4 BHK which is 2128 square feet carpet area, giving us plenty of room to work from home and for guests. The proximity to Indira Nagar Metro Station, nearby, is a big plus for commuting. It's also close to Shaheed Path which is useful. One small concern is that Vibhuti Khand can get quite busy during peak hou, so traffic might be an issue sometimes. But overall, the project looks promising for young professionals.

We chose a 3 BHK, which is 1672 square feet of carpet area, a significant upgrade from our previous rental. The internal roads and footpaths are nicely done. However, the access road to the project could be a bit wider; it feels a little narrow sometimes, especially when meeting other vehicles.
