This is my fit property purchase. I bought a 2 BHK apartment in Eco Bay Violet, built by Eco Bay Develope& BuildePvt Ltd. It's about 1050 square feet and cost me approximately 22 Lakh. I chose this because it's ready to move in and seemed like a good starting point. The developer has included a children's play area, which will be useful later. The location in Thiruvallur is accessible to State Highway-9. The overall construction looks decent. My only worry is the lack of official OC received information, which makes me a bit nervous about future dealings.
