The swimming pool and the kids' play areas are always a hit with them. The 24/7 security and intercom system provide a safe environment. The apartment complex has good landscaping and a clubhouse. The only slight drawback we've noticed is that during peak hou, the traffic on the nearby roads can be a bit heavy, making school runs slightly time-consuming. However, the convenience of location outweighs this.
