Being a ready-to-move property was a huge factor for us as we didn't want to wait for construction. The location in West Hyderabad, Bandlaguda Jagir, is promising. We were impressed with the amenities like closed car parking and the focus on water conservation. The landscaping looks very green and peaceful. However, the dust from ongoing nearby developments can be a bit botheome at times, and the road leading to the project isn't the widest, which can make entering and exiting a little tricky during busy periods.
